The Brief
In June, J.P. Morgan Private Bank hosted the “IPB Morgan Circle” for 60–70 high-level executives and VIP guests. The 3-day program was held at the Parklane Resort & Spa in Limassol, designed to offer an ultra-exclusive Mediterranean experience. The project required meticulous coordination of multiple simultaneous activities, high-end private dining, and a sophisticated “Morgan Circle Lounge” hub.

The Concept: “Mediterranean Mastery”
The program centered on the creation of a private branded headquarters at the resort—the Morgan Circle Lounge—which served as a hospitality hub featuring custom branding, specialized gifts, and continuous refreshment service. The itinerary moved from a chic, high-end French welcome to a grand celebratory evening at the resort’s amphitheater, with a diverse “choose-your-own-adventure” activity day in between.

The Execution

Day 1: The LPM Welcome

    • Arrivals: Guests arrived via a fleet of private Mercedes Taxis and Vitos, settling into premium accommodations including Lifestyle Suites for VIPs.
    • The Welcome Dinner: Hosted at LPM Restaurant, specifically in the Deck Area overlooking the resort’s pool.
    • Experience: The restaurant was closed exclusively for the group. Guests enjoyed a family-style sharing menu featuring LPM’s signature French-Mediterranean dishes, accompanied by a live musical duo.

Day 2: Exploration & The Grand Celebration

    • Morning Wellness: The day began with a coastal run led by a private instructor.
    • The Activity Rotation: Guests chose from a massive range of morning and afternoon excursions:
      • Morning: 4×4 Jeep Expeditions to Omodos, a Sailing Regatta with lunch at Gazebo Mare, a local cooking workshop, or a “Heart of Cyprus” village tour.
      • Afternoon: Horseback riding in Kourion, viniculture tours to elite wineries, or a yoga session on the beach.
    • The Celebration Dinner: Held at the Parklane Amphitheater.
      • Highlights: A sophisticated 3-course dinner featuring custom décor and a trio of musicians.
    • The After-Party: The evening concluded with a private drinks reservation at the world-renowned Nammos Beach Club.

Day 3: Cultural Discovery & Departure

    • Morning Activities: Final excursions included an “Explore Limassol” tour with a Halloumi demonstration or a visit to a traditional Donkey & Olive Farm.
    • Farewell: The event closed with a group lunch in the Morgan Circle Lounge before guests departed via private executive transfers.
