Victoria’s Secret Travel Retail Regional Sales Summit | Athens, Greece

The Mission: Empowering Global Leaders

In June, the Victoria’s Secret Travel Retail team convened in Athens for their high-stakes Regional Sales Summit (RSS). The goal was to bring together 80 store leaders and global executives from across the EMEA region to align on strategy, celebrate retail excellence, and immerse themselves in the brand’s evolving vision. The project required a DMC partner capable of balancing high-protocol corporate requirements with the vibrant, chic aesthetic of a global fashion powerhouse.

The Setting: The Heart of the Metropolis

Following an extensive scouting process that spanned various Mediterranean hubs, Athens was selected for its unique blend of ancient heritage and modern “wow factor.”

  • The Venue: The program was anchored at the Electra Metropolis, a 5-star contemporary landmark. This choice provided a sophisticated “metropolitan” base with a rooftop that offered a direct, unobstructed dialogue with the Acropolis.
  • The Atmosphere: Every space was curated to reflect the brand’s identity, from the “Morgan Circle” hospitality lounge to the meeting rooms, which were adorned with signature pink peony arrangements and custom-branded installations.

The Experience: A Journey of Senses

The Elegant Welcome

The summit opened with an exclusive cocktail reception in the hotel’s Library Area. Guests were welcomed with premium Champagne and curated Mediterranean canapés, allowing the global team to reconnect in a private, refined setting.

Dinner Under the Stars at Kuzina

For the first evening, we privatized the rooftop of Kuzina, located in the heart of the historic center. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the illuminated Parthenon, the delegates enjoyed a family-style Greek-modern fusion menu. This evening was designed to ground the international team in the authentic spirit of Athenian summer.

Strategy & Sensory Education

Strategic sessions were held in the Magnolia Room, which we transformed into a state-of-the-art conference hub. To break the intensity of the business sessions, we curated a Private Olive Oil Sensory Workshop. This session allowed leaders to explore the nuances of Greece’s “liquid gold,” fostering team bonding through a shared cultural and culinary discovery.

The Seaside Gala Finale

The program reached its crescendo at Ble Pavillon, a sophisticated seaside venue on the Athenian Riviera.

The Celebration: A grand 3-course gala dinner was followed by a high-energy performance featuring traditional Greek dancers and live Bouzouki music, ending the summit on a high note of celebration and regional pride.

The Logistical Edge: Beyond the Surface

  • Rapid Problem Solving: Our team managed complex international shipments of branded materials, including the immediate on-site resolution of damaged goods to ensure that the brand’s visual standards remained flawless throughout the summit.
  • Bespoke Branding: From custom-produced black-and-pink notebooks and stationery to large-scale retractable banners and floral design, every touchpoint was a reflection of the Victoria’s Secret aesthetic.
  • VIP Technical Support: We deployed a full-scale AV infrastructure to support multi-language presentations, global leadership panel interviews, and live musical performances across multiple venues.

The Impact: A Vision Realized

The Regional Sales Summit was a resounding success, cited by the brand’s global leadership as one of the most seamless and impactful events in their regional history.

  • Scale: 80 Global Executives and Store Leaders.
  • Investment: A significant six-figure project managed with total transparency and precision.
  • Result: Flawless logistics and “white glove” service that strengthened the bond between store leaders and the brand’s executive vision.
