In early autumn, Peak Inc. commissioned our team to deliver a premium incentive experience for a select group of 50 top-tier executives. The objective was to provide an exclusive, high-comfort retreat in the heart of Athens. The project required the management of a 5-star residential program that balanced luxury accommodation with seamless ground logistics, ensuring an effortless flow for a discerning audience.

II. The Concept: “The Athenian Sophisticate”

Athens is a city of contrasts, where ancient history meets modern luxury. We developed the “Athenian Sophisticate” concept, focusing on high-end urban living. By selecting the Wyndham Grand Athens as the anchor venue, we provided guests with a panoramic perspective of the city—combining modern design with direct views of the Acropolis, emphasizing the group’s “peak” achievement.

III. The Execution

The Residential Experience
• Venue: Wyndham Grand Athens (5)*. We curated a tiered room block to reflect the group’s hierarchy, managing a mix of Premium ROH Rooms and Executive Suites.
• Flexibility: Understanding the fluid nature of executive schedules, we negotiated and managed complex late check-out supplements across the group, allowing delegates to enjoy the hotel’s rooftop facilities until their final departure.
Ground Logistics & Protocol
• Executive Transfers: For an group of this caliber, the first and last impression is vital. We coordinated a fleet of private vehicles to manage the 40-minute transit between Athens International Airport and the city center.
• Seamless Transitions: Our on-site project management team acted as a 24/7 concierge, handling all hotel extras and logistical updates to ensure a “frictionless” experience for the participants.

IV. Technical & Logistical Edge

• Capital City Coordination: Navigating a group through the heart of Athens requires meticulous timing. We managed the logistics to bypass the city’s typical congestion, ensuring every executive arrived on schedule for their various off-site engagements.
