Day 1 – Arrival, Transfer and Welcome Dinner

Upon arrival at the chosen hotel an advanced registration will be arranged, so there will be no need for the guests to queue to check in and by the time they reach their rooms, their luggage will be there.

The evenings welcome dinner will be served at Karatello restaurant where our guests will enjoy a delightful mezze dinner seated outside the Limassol Medieval Castle by the Restaurant’s Terrace.

Day 2 – Meeting – Beach Olympics – Dinner Cruise

In the morning our guests will attend their meeting at the chosen hotel with morning and afternoon coffee breaks.

Lunch will be served at a private reserved area for the guests.

Late afternoon, the guests will have the chance to go back to their rooms to relax and freshen up for an unforgettable dinner on board. In the evening guests will enjoy a privately organised sunset cruise with champagne, cocktails and dinner on board. A DJ on the deck will accompany our guests with his music! This extraordinary sail trip will surely be one to remember by our guests.

Day 3 – Meeting – Half Day Limassol

In the morning our guests will attend their meeting at the chosen hotel with morning coffee break and lunch.

Following that, our guests will meet our Drakos uniformed guide at the hotel’s lobby for a half day tour of Limassol.

Passing through the Fassouri citrus plantations; we come across the medieval Castle of Kolossi. It is a fine example of military architecture originally constructed in the 13th century during the crusades.  After the Siege of Acre in 1291, it served as the Grand Commanderie of the Knights of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem; and thus gave its name to the world famous Commandaria wine, which is still produced in the area.

Our next visit is the ancient Kingdom of Kourion, which is placed on one of the most spectacular sites in the island, with extensive archaeological ruins including well-preserved mosaics.

Late afternoon, the guests will have the chance to go back to their rooms to freshen up for their dinner at in the Limassol Marina. Dinner will be served at the Yacht club in the Marina. Guests will have the opportunity to extend their evening with drinks at one of the bars and clubs in the Marina before returning back to the hotel.

Day 4 – Adventure Park – Gala Dinner

Our guests are in for a day filled with adrenaline at the Adventure park by participating in a range of teambuilding activities such as paintball, drift go-karting and many more which emphasize on the importance of effective planning, communication and time management. BBQ lunch will be served on site.

Gala Dinner

The dinner will be set up in the main hall surrounded with round tables covered with white tablecloths. Throughout the night, guests will enjoy their delicious meals whilst they enjoy a lively band, dancers and various means of entertainment. The night will then lead to a spectacular award ceremony and after party where our guests can party the night away.

Day 5 – Departure

Our guide will meet the guests at the lobby of the hotel to assist them for check-out and boarding on buses for their transfer to Larnaca Airport. Upon arrival at Larnaca Airport, our guides will assist the guests for a smooth flight check-in.
